Men’s wear factory in Turkey is looking for exclusive distributors in CIS countries. (country, city)
TERMS:
– making an exclusive distribution agreement (city, country).
– your participation twice a year in international shows in your country paid by the factory if agreement terms are not broken. This paragraph is only valid for the countrywide distributors.
– your contact details as an exclusive distributor will be placed on our website.
– We send over our countrywide (regional) clients base to new exclusive distributors from this country or region.
– we can instal an accounting software used through the internet by all our distributors.
– You don’t need to come to Istanbul to ship the goods. We can ship them to your address. Cargo agent delivers the goods directly to your official storage area and you will pay for goods on site.
– To make a countrywide exclusive distribution agreement the first shipment of goods should be ordered for USD 200.000 at least. The countrywide distributor should make an order for at least USD 50.000 each month.
– The big city exclusive distributors should order the first shipment for USD 100.000 at least. The metropolitan distributors should make an order for at least USD 30.000 each month.
– The regional exclusive distributors should order the first shipment for USD 50.000 at least. The regional distributor should make an order for at least USD 15.000 each month.
– ordered articles are started to be made only after payment. We can send you a bank account.
– extra terms will be agreed by the Parties.
